Must have a senior position. EVP, VVP or C level.
Must know the company.
Must know the clients.
Must know the sales process.
Must know the Value Proposition of the products sold.
Must know the competitors.
Must know the product.
Must know the compensation, vacation and benefits programs.
Must make $ that are close to or exceed your compensation.
Must have a vested interest in Acquisition, not Elimination.
Must have at least 5 years’ experience in the field.
Would be great if they sit in executive meetings.
Would be great if they have been trained in the product.
Would be great if they have made sales calls with the sales people.
